Admission: Tuition and Fees
Application fee:
A $25 non-refundable application fee is required for each application submitted by a family new to AUCP. An application will not be considered until both the application form and the fee are received.
Registration fee and tuition deposit (due upon acceptance):
One-time registration fee (per family, not per child) = $120. This administrative fee includes the central registry and criminal history searches for each co-oping parent. The $120 registration fee is non-refundable.
Deposit of one month's tuition (credited to May of the following school year). This tuition deposit is non-refundable if you decide to withdrawal from the cooperative after April 30, 2012.
The acceptance letter will indicate the specific due date for the registration fee and and tuition deposit. The registration fee and the tuition deposit are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated in your official acceptance letter. The central registry and criminal history searches are required by law for all volunteers working with children in the classroom.
Scholarships are available to help qualified families meet tuition expenses.

AUCP Tuition 2012-2013
Tuition rates have been approved by the Board and are pending membership approval at our Annual Membership Meeting on March 24th, 2012.
9 monthly payments per student
Infant/Toddler class (Monday Panda) $119
Infant/Toddler class (Tuesday-Friday Panda, per day) $124
2 year-olds 2 day class (Kangaroo or Koala) $191
3 year-olds 3 day class (Penguin) $281
4 year-olds 3 day class (Dolphin or Eagle) $308
Science & Nature class (Monday Cheetah enrichment) $119
Pre-Kindergarten class (Monday Owl enrichment) $132
Pre-Kindergarten class (Wednesday Owl enrichment) $145
For current families, there are no application or registration fees. However, current families must submit a non-refundable tuition deposit with each application. A $50 deposit toward May 2013 tuition is due with each application. Current families will be notified in March about both class placement for next year and the balance of September tuition owed. The balance of the May 2013 tuition is due on March 30, 2012 and is non-refundable after April 30, 2012.
