2009-2010 Board Members and Responsibilities:

President – General functioning and administration of school.
Diann Vaughan (parent of Koala plus two AUCP alums)

Vice President – Liaison among parents/Director/Board. Oversees daily school operations.
Natania Davis (parent of Dolphin and Panda)

Director - Specific program or teacher issues. Questions concerning your child or your child’s teacher that have not been satisfactorily dealt with by the classroom teacher. Notification of illnesses/allergies.
Susan Parker (parent of three AUCP alums)

Assistant Director – Maintains student records and coordinates Preschool Emergency Action Plan (PEAP). Additional point of contact if Director is unavailable.
Raylene Rozzi (parent of four AUCP alums)

Church Liaison - Questions about matters relating to the church. School pictures.
Dana Cook (parent of Kangaroo and Panda)

Secretary – For copies of minutes from Board and Membership meetings. To write a note of congratulations, sympathy.
Kevan Miller (parent of Eagle, Owl and Panda)

Treasurer – Reimbursement for school authorized expenses. Questions about fees. Tracks AUCP income/expenses. Prepares monthly reports to Board.
Beth Enriquez (parent of Dolphin)

Membership – Information on registration forms, applications, enrollment, changes of address, etc.
Michelle Rief (parent of Koala)
JJ Gardiner (parent of Penguin one AUCP alum)

Buildings & Grounds - Repairs or maintenance of classrooms and playgrounds.
Questions about work parties.
Tobias Raabe (parent of Kangaroo and one AUCP alums)

Fundraising - Services Auction, gift wrap, and other fundraising activities.
Caroline Holt (parent of Dolphin, Owl)
Andrea Britten (parent of Kangaroo and one AUCP alum)
